Enrollment Requirements
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- Complete an in-person application
- State-issued photo ID
- Social Security Card or Work VISA
- Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
- Pass a basic math and reading comprehension evaluation
- High School Diploma/GED encouraged but not required
- Pass a criminal background check
